He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through every detail of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at each step. Cosmo’s professionalism and fairness made a big impression—he wasn’t pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and honest. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to doing right by the customer. If you’re considering a new roof or repairs, I can’t recommend RoofKing—and especially Cosmo—highly enough.
